Is always our pleasure travel and stay in all inclusive resorts since at the end of the day, its much cheaper than a traditional holiday. We are very choosy in our selections, and by visiting and staying in a number of resorts, it became natural for us to say – ‘this is a wonderful resort’, or ‘this is really a good value for money resort, so I am getting back what I have really paid for’. So basically upon our personal judgment while visiting the resort, we decide to start selling it or not to our customers.

Personalised Service:
Since we do visit most of the resorts that we sell, we can easily help you selecting the right resort for your stay, based on how you wish to spend the time during your holiday. Its not true that resorts are only food, drinks and pools. Every resort has its own charactertics, thus selecting the right resort is of prime importance so as you can enjoy every second of your holiday.

Price Competitiveness:
We don’t use middle intermediary travel companies and we simply sell their packages like many other travel agencies do. We do direct contract with the resort chains that we are promoting or intend promoting in the future. This way we can pass the commission earned by the intermediary company off to our clients straight away. This is why our prices are genuinely reduced and when we claim – low priced guaranteed, we simply mean it, not just stating it just for the sake of it.

The following are the most frequently asked question about All Inclusive Holidays Worldwide and Palace Resorts. For every question we did our best to answer the question thorough and hope you will find them useful. What does 1 Adult, 2 Adults, 3 Adults and 4 adults mean?
These refer to the occupancy of the rooms. So 1 Adult means 1 adult per room. 2 Adults means 2 Adults per room and so on.

Are the prices per person or per night?
This depends on which page within this website you are reading. Defintly you should find a clear cut explanation of what the rate includes. We hate doubts, we like everything to be transparent.

For example in the Discounted Rates Page for the each respective resort, the rates are per room per night. Then you simply choose which type of room you want to stay in, how many people to stay in the room and the travelling period since it also varies. The rate qouted is per night per room.

If you hit the Calculate My Stay button within the same page, then the total costs is calculated depending on the type of package, room and the number of nights that you have selected. It will show you the total cost for your stay, including the total amount that was discounted, what is included with your stay and promotions that you are elegible for. Again everyting is clearly written and clearly explained.

What does the package include?
It includes everything listed when you hit the Calculate My Stay button on the Check Rates page for each respective resort. For sure the rates do not include airfare.

Does the price include airfare?
No, the prices DO NOT include airfare. You can arrange your own airfare or we can look for the lowest available fare for you with our airline partners.

Does the price include alcoholic drinks?
Yes it does. You can drink as much as you can. Basically as soon as they see you without a drink, they will come to ask you! They also have domestic and imported drinks including alcoholic beverages. The spirits are also genuine. If you ask for a JB, they give you JB and not some kind of imitation, which of course is cheaper.

We have been to some resorts that offer you such imitation drinks, and these kind of resorts immediately fail our selective criteria to promote or not the resorts. See About Us page for details.

How I do I book my reservation with All Inclusive Holidays Worldwide?
Your reservation can be booked by going through the process of completing successfully our online booking registration form.

The process is pretty straight forward, and the following is a step by step mini guide.

     1. Visit the homepage of this website - All Inclusive Holiday Website. This link opens a new browser so you can follow along the guidelines.

     2. Select one of the palace resorts from the left menu or any of the selections from the Other All Inclusive Holiday Offers section.

     3. You will be redirected to the resort page where you can find a lot of information about the resort itself.

     4. Click on the Daily Rates and here you can see the variety of rooms available and their respective daily rates.

     5. Select the desired package and dates to stay and then click the respective Calculate My Stay button.

     6. Then you will be taken to a Cost Calculator Form. Fill in the details accurately and click on Calculate My Stay button.

     7. Then our booking engine will calculate your stay price based on the details given in the previous page. All details of what is included with the price are listed. Promotions are also taken in consideration and listed with the quote.

     8. If you are happy with the quote you can then press the Book Now button or restart again for a different quote.

     9. If you have proceeded to the booking page, you must fill in your personal information and then click the Book Now button.

    10. An email with your booking details is then sent to your email address given in the previous steps.

if you have kids travelling with you, or you require special request for your holiday, or you are going to travel as a group (4 Pax or more) or you want us to match a price.

What payment methods are accepted?
Unfortunately right now we can’t accept online payments. We are negotiating with a number of reputable banks and payment gateway services to find the most reliable with reasonable rates to partner with. We had to part with our previous bank due to high unrealistic charges.

So for now we can only accept payment bookings through

  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • by sending us your credit card details by filling the resort charge authorization form. This form simply requires your name, address, contact information, credit card information with signature, and flight information.


We do NOT ACCEPT payments with Western Union, Escrow and other services that are well renowned for scams.

Do I get a receipt or confirmation of payment for my hotel reservation?
Yes, you will receive a resort confirmation package once your hotel reservation has been paid for in full. The resortr confirmation is your proof of reservation and receipt for payment. You are required to present this resort confirmation to the front-desk upon your arrival at the resort.

If you do not make resort payment in full and would like a receipt, please let us know. We can issue a payment receipt and travel request authorization with the resort reservation number.

Do you sell travel insurance?
No, but it is STRONGLY recommended to protect yourself and purhase one.

Is All Inclusive Holidays Worldwide a legitimate company?
We have been in the travel business for a number of years now and we are renowned locally for our professionalism of how we conduct our business, exceptional service and competitive prices.

Only recently we have decided to go international and right now we are in the process of being approved and listed at Better Business Bureau in Saskatchewan, Canada and we are trying to find similar companies within Europe as well.

Further to this you can always pay us by bank transfer, which will always remain the best reliable secure way for effecting payments worldwide. Our Bank is HSBC.

What documents are required to travel to Mexico?
This may vary from country to country. Most often a valid passport with chip is enough. But we STRONGLY recommend checking with your country’s government travel office for certainty.

Normally the receptionist will initially speak in Spanish but for sure they also speak fluent English, so communication is not a problem at all.

Can I make room request and how room requests are normally handled?
All Inclusive Holidays Worldwide can make room requests when we make your booking reservation. You can request a room with two double beds or a king-size bed, upper or lower floor, smoking or non-smoking, best ocean view, add a honeymoon or anniversary package, room with a balcony or a Jacuzzi, etc. The room requests will vary depending on which resort you are staying at as the rooms are different at each resort.

Room requests are granted by the resort and subject to availability. We have no control over this. The resort will do their best to accommodate your requests as they assign rooms just a few days prior to your arrival. Room requests are not guaranteed. It is important to ask the front-desk to show you where your room is located on a map of the property before having them take you to your room. This will give you the chance to change rooms if you desire and if possible to do so.

What is the time for check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time varies at each resort but is usually 12:00 pm. Early check-in is available upon request and availability. Bookings with Concierge Package have Late Check Out & Early Check In options.

What if I arrive before check in or would like to leave after check out?
If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you may check in at the front-desk upon your arrival. If you room is ready, they will allow you to use your room early. If your room is not ready, normally the bell boys will take care of your luggages and are very efficient in their job. In the meantime you are free to use the resort until your room is ready. But please do stay around the lobby so they will find you when your room is ready!

Check-out time is at 12:00 pm. If you are not leaving the resort until after this time you must still check-out at 12:00 pm. You may have your luggage again with the bell boys and use the hotel facilities until you are ready to leave. There are showers and change rooms in the gym and spa areas, or the hospitality areas at the resort. Please check with the resort for more details. Some resorts offer late check-out upon availability.

Should I tip?
You are not obliged to do so since these are already included with the package. However it would be nice to tip someone like a barman, maid, waiter, bellboy if he has given you an exceptional service and went beyond his duty.

The last time we travelled, last April 2009, the bellboy has carried for us 5 luggages around 18kg each, in the first floor all down the corridor. He did NOT LET US carry anything. He wanted to do everything by himself. Of course you tip such a person!

Do the resort restaurants have any dress codes?
Yes, some of the restaurants and nightclubs do have a dress code. The dress code generally requires that men wear long pants (no shorts), a shirt with sleeves (such as a golf shirt) and closed toe shoes. Women generally are not allowed to wear shorts/sandals in these facilities. The general purpose of the dress code is to avoid beachwear in the restaurants, lounges and clubs.

Is it safe to drink water at the resort?
Resorts in the Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Cabo regions are required to have a water purification system making it safe to drink the water, eat fresh fruit and vegetables, have drinks with ice, and brush your teeth with the resort water. The resort will also have bottled water available at the restaurants as well as in your room if your room has a mini-bar. If you are staying outside Cancun, check to ensure that your resort uses purified water.

Any recommendations for Car Rentals?
You may rent a vehicle at the resort or at the airport. The rental company at the Palace Resorts is Travesia Turisticas. To rent a vehicle in Mexico, you must be at least 19 years old and have a major credit card. Please note that there are tax and insurance charges in addition to the rental quote that is provided to you. You should ask for a total price including tax and insurance charges. Make sure that the car is well covered especially against car thefts which unfortunately are quite common for tourist.

Please be aware that it is very common for tourists to get scammed at the gas stations in Mexico. To avoid being scammed, open the gas cap yourself, make sure that the amount shown on the pump was reset to zero before refuelling. Take also note the exact amount you need to pay since often they reset the pump to zero and ask you to pay more money than the amount you actually took. They normally accept Pesos and if you go with Dollars for sure the rate of exchange will be in big favour for them.

In a nutshell – DO NOT TRUST GAS STATIONS AND ALWAYS KEEP A CLOSE LOOK OF WHAT THE ATTENDANT IS DOING. NEVER LOOK ELSEWHERE SINCE THEY ASE SO QUICK.

Any Laundry Service available?
Most resorts offer laundry and dry cleaning service. At Palace Resorts, all laundry is done at the Moon Palace Resort and there is an additional service charge.

What about resort towels?
Palace Resorts provide towels at the resort. There is usually a towel bar near the pool area.

# You should be given a towel card when you check in; when you get a towel, they will take your towel card and when you return your towel they will give your towel card back. You must return the towel card when you check-out of the resort and if you do not have it, you will be charged a fee for the towel(s)

What about Internet Services?
All Palace Resorts have FREE Wireless Internet in every room and to be honest is very reliable. You can also find computers somewhere around the resort which you may always use.

What Electrical Outlets are used in Mexico?
The standard electrical current in Mexico is 110 volt AC, the same as USA and Canada. So if you are travelling from Europe and your electrical equipment requires 3 prong outlet, for sure you will need an adapter.

Can I exchange currency at the resort? Is it recommended?
Yes it is recommended to take US Dollars ($) with you especially if you are coming from Europe. The US Dollar is widely accepted in Mexico although you often see the price quoted in Pesos.

If you require Pesos you may exchange currency at the resort itself. The exchange rate offered at the resorts is normally better than the exchange rate offered at the shops and restaurants.

Travelling cheques are not recommended.
